Review guidelines
We pre-moderate every review so they stay useful and fair. Here's what works:
Do
- Describe your own experience as a client.
- Be specific — what happened, what was the outcome.
- Mention the kind of pet and roughly when you visited.
Don't
- Name individual staff members.
- Share medical details that could identify your pet or others.
- Make accusations of malpractice — report those to the RCVS directly.
- Include personal contact information or other PII.
What happens after you submit
Your review goes into our moderation queue. Most are approved within 48 hours. The practice owner may reply publicly to your review or privately flag it for our admin team if they believe it breaks these guidelines.
